Meet Ray Lugo
I am a certified breathwork facilitator and integration coach through Elemental Rhythm, with a lived journey through chronic pain, trauma, and spiritual awakening. My path began in the depths of physical suffering and led me toward the healing power of breath, presence, and sound.
Today, I guide others through transformative experiences that restore nervous system balance, reconnect the heart to the body, and awaken inner clarity.
